We serve all organic, local and regional produce. We forage, host a farmers market and collaborate with the surrounding farming community. All that to ensure that you and your kids experience a healthy, toxin free and nutrient dense environment.

We have infused this project with so much love and passion that we have decided to only sell our branded residences to those that fully and truly identify with our core values, ideas and culture. We care about authenticity and it is how we approach every aspect of this project, from team building to planning to sourcing materials and to managing the construction site.

While at opening 2025 we will generate a minimum of 50% of our energy from renewable sources, we have given ourselves the clear directive to achieve full self-sufficiency by 2030. What exactly does that mean?
