Luxury ski resorts? Austria has plenty. And, come 2026, yet another exclusive property will open its doors: Six Senses Kitzbühel.

If the renderings are anything to go by, this is an opening to get excited about. Situated within the Kitzbühel region, a fashionable resort in the western Austrian province of Tyrol, the stylish resort will have just 77 rooms, alongside a collection of 40 private residences.

Unlike some hotels in the area, Six Senses Kitzbühel will be open all year round. Over the winter, guests will enjoy ski-in, and ski-out access to the slopes, while those visiting during the summer months will be able to make the most of the area’s scenic hiking trails.
