Six Senses has announced plans to unveil a secluded alpine retreat Kitzbühel, Tyrol, a region in the Austrian Alps, in 2026.

Nestled in a national park with the largest protected wildlife reserve of the Alps, Six Senses Kitzbühel Alps will feature a 77-room hotel at its core, along with branded residences comprising 30 apartments and 10 villas.

The private residences will feature two- to seven-bedroom apartments and villas, characterized by high ceilings and open living spaces that connect to oversized balconies and terraces for all-season use. The residences, adjacent to the wildlife reserve, will offer privacy and unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
